My Approach

My Approach

I help organisations turn complex, sensitive work into communication that people actually trust and use. My approach is grounded in psychological research, particularly cyberpsychology and how people navigate identity, trust, and relationships in digital spaces, combined with intersectional feminist thinking about power, representation, and context. My research background shapes how I think about audience behaviour, message design, and what makes people engage with specific content and messages.

Behaviour Consulting

For organisations who need to understand how their audience behaves online — digital trust, platform dynamics, online community behaviour, or the psychological effects of digital communication on the people it reaches. Research-backed insight applied to real communication problems.

Narrative & Storytelling

I work with organisations to shape organisational narratives, messaging, and stories that make complex work understandable and that respect the people represented — across reports, campaigns, media, and digital communication.

Editorial & Content Production

I design and produce communication content including writing, visual storytelling, photography, video, and digital content, ensuring strong technical quality and consistency with strategy.

Communication Strategy 

I help organisations clarify their communication direction from audits and engagement strategies to organisational narrative and campaign planning. This work focuses on making sure communication is coherent, credible, and aligned across teams and platforms.
